Eligibility Criteria:

  • To be eligible, applicants must be actively enrolled in a two-year or four-year undergraduate college or university within the United States.
  • Qualified individuals include U.S.
  • U.S. citizens, permanent residents, DACA recipients, and non-citizen nationals of the United States.
  • Applicants are required to have completed a minimum of two academic semesters in their undergraduate program and should not be anticipated to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in the 2025–2026 academic year.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0 is required. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong passion for public service through meaningful involvement in volunteering, activism, student leadership, or civic engagement on campus or in their communities.
