Finally, the Pakistan UGARD Global Cultural Exchange Program application in the United States is now open. The World University Exchange Program is fully funded by the Educational Foundation Pakistan of the United States. About 230 students are selected each year, half for the semester and a half for the spring semester. All costs will be covered.
For USEFP Global UGRAD, you do not need the IELTS / TOEFL test. Global UGRAD is the most Prestigious and popular exchange program for Pakistani students only in the United States. You do not need a passport when applying for the UGRAD program. You will be assigned to various US cities and universities for 4.5 months.
The UGRAD Pakistan World Program provides a study of cultural/academic exchange values for Pakistani students in the United States. Pakistani students will spend approximately 4.5 months as part of a semester exchange program in the United States. The UGRAD Global Cultural Exchange Program aims to promote understanding between the people of the United States and Pakistan through American student exchange programs.

Financial Coverage
Global UGRAD is a short-term US-funded exchange program for Pakistani students. All costs from A to Z are covered by USEFP.

Eligibility Criteria
- Only Pakistani citizens are eligible.
- Must be 25 years old or younger.
- Currently enrolled in college or university.
- Students must be 14th or 15th year of formal education. It means students of 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th semesters.
- Students enrolled in a four-year undergraduate or two-year undergraduate program may apply.
- Quality and strong leadership ability in the activities of the university and its community.
- Interested to know about the United States of America.
English knowledge - Students from various fields, especially those who have not previously had the opportunity to travel internationally, are encouraged to apply.
Note: Women, people with disabilities, and people belonging to FATA, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, Balochistan, North Sindh, and South Punjab are very confident to take action.
