About the Fellowship

Established in honor of Professor Wang Gungwu, former Chairman of the ISEAS Board of Trustees, this fellowship recognizes his 17 years of distinguished service. Throughout the program, fellows are required to present their research at internal seminars, contribute to ISEAS’s Perspective and Fulcrum publications, and actively participate in academic discussions on regional affairs.

When circumstances allow, fellows will have the opportunity to meet Professor Wang Gungwu and become part of the expanding Wang Gungwu Visiting Fellows (WGWVF) network.
