The scholarship for International Students is in the form of a living grant for the duration of the standard course. International student tuition is not covered.

The Rosa-Luxemburg-Stiftung Scholarship Section provides comprehensive support to students, including political education programs and summer schools, workshops, seminars, and tours at home and abroad. It also offers practical training in rhetoric, conflict management, and other core skills, time management and self-management, academic excellence, writing and writing workshops, and specialized methodological seminars.

Eligibility criteria:

    Ph.D. Students must be admitted to a German university.
  • Scholarships for Postgraduate and Doctoral Students from Egypt, Libya, Lebanon, Tunisia, Yemen, Jordan, Morocco, and Iraq Applicants can pursue MA, postgraduate, or government or doctoral studies in Germany. or Ph.D. Research in Germany.
  • The selection criteria are:
