Applications are now open for the 2024 MOFCOM Scholarship administered by the China Scholarship Council (CSC). This scholarship, organized by the Ministry of Commerce of China, helps people from developing countries pursue a master’s degree. Since 2015, it supports young and middle-aged students from these countries.
This scholarship is for Masters and PhD degrees and provides financial aid. Master students receive a stipend of 36,000 RMB per year and PhD students receive a stipend of 42,000 RMB per year. Eligibility for Master & PhD
- Students must be non-Chinese nationality in good health.
- Must be a national student outside of China or graduates of Chinese universities are eligible to apply for this scholarship.
- Excellent performance in study.
- Students should have good ability for scientific research.
- To be eligible, you must be a citizen of a developing country other than the People’s Republic of China and be under 45 years of age.
