The edition 2025 will showcase hundred exceptional projects at the Prototypes for Humanity Exhibition in Dubai. Shortlisted students and their faculty supervisors will be awarded fully funded travel and accommodation to participate in the event. Participants will present their physical prototypes at the event, with all exhibition-related costs covered by the organizers.
Top innovative projects will compete for a share of the $100,000 annual cash prize, presented during the prestigious Awards Ceremony in Dubai. The program offers winners a unique opportunity to showcase their work to leading public and private sector stakeholders, earning global recognition. Through the Prototypes for Humanity social entrepreneurship initiative, students also gain access to direct funding and expert mentorship to help transform their ideas into impactful ventures.

Participation is entirely free—No registration or entry fees apply. The host organization will select 100 exceptional projects and invite one lead student along with their university supervisor on an all-expenses-paid trip to Dubai. This includes round-trip travel, hotel accommodation, and a daily spending allowance for the program’s duration.
Participants will have access to organized transportation between the hotel, exhibition venue, and all official activities. Alongside showcasing their work, they’ll also attend exclusive networking and social events in Dubai. The most exceptional projects will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony, where a $100,000 prize fund will be shared among the winners.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants may be current undergraduate or graduate students at the university.
- Applicants may submit their entries individually or as part of a team.
- Candidates who have graduated from the university within the last two years are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants may submit applications directly or through their faculty advisor on their behalf.
