Eligibility Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a Master’s degree
- Production Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Operations Management
- Applied Analytics
- Or a closely related field
Applicants should have experience or a strong interest in manufacturing and industrial systems, exceptional English communication skills (both written and verbal), and a strong grasp of research methodologies, including both qualitative and quantitative techniques. Proficiency in Swedish, or the willingness to learn the language within two years, is considered a plus.
