Biology Undergraduate Summer School 2024 in Switzerland is a program with extensive research opportunities in a variety of disciplines as well as the opportunity to perform high-quality research in the world’s top laboratories. The UNIL Summer Program for Undergraduate Students allows participants to be part of the laboratories of the University of Zurich, one of the best universities in Europe. At the Biology Summer School, international students are exposed to a wide range of research topics and a comprehensive curriculum conducted over eight weeks of summer school. In a fully funded summer school, students conduct their research in one of the participating research groups under the supervision of a group leader, postdoctoral fellow or graduate student. Plus, there are tons of great activities at this fully funded summer camp in Switzerland. The SUR 2024 program includes weekly seminars where students share their research with advisors and receive their feedback on research work. In addition, students are taught through scientific writing instruction and PowerPoint presentations. At the end of the students’ summer camp, a symposium is held where students present their research work and seek advice from their peers.

In addition to all these research activities, the BUSS International Summer Program includes many recreational activities. In this eight-week summer program at the University of Zurich, students enjoy a three-day retreat in the Swiss countryside. Zurich is surrounded by stunning natural scenery with the mountains and lakes of the Swiss Alps. In addition, Swiss beach volleyball is a popular summer sport and has many attractions. The Swiss Summer School also organizes visits to Swiss research and scientific institutions for participants. Last but not least, summer school serves as a platform where students can make endless connections with their future academic and professional counterparts.
