- Entries must be no less than sixteen pages in length.
- Both published & unpublished works are acceptable for submission.
- Previously awarded works will not be considered.

- If AI is used, the extent of its involvement must be clearly stated.

- Each applicant is allowed only one submission.
- Japanese nationals are not eligible to apply.
