The Romanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is accepting applications from around the world for the Romanian Government Scholarships for Students. The Romanian Scholarship is a Fully funded scholarship for undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral students. Non-EU countries in Romania are eligible for the scholarship.

There are several excellent universities in Romania under the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that offer Romanian government scholarships. Duration of the scholarship for bachelor’s degrees (3-6 years), master’s degrees (1.5-2 years), and doctoral degrees (3 to 4 years).
