Fellowship Objectives

The program begins in Washington, D.C., where fellows will explore the U.S. judicial system and engage with legal professionals, including those from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Eligibility Criteria:

  • Nationality: Open to applicants of all nationalities.
  • Target Group: Judges and magistrates in the early to mid stages of their careers.
  • Geographic Scope: Applicants from Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas are welcome.
  • Professional Experience: A minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience presiding over civil or criminal cases is required.
  • Leadership: Candidates must demonstrate a strong track record of leadership.
