Eligibility Criteria:
To be eligible for the 2025 Hubei Provincial Fully Funded Scholarship in China, international applicants must meet the following requirements.
- Applicants must be citizens of a country other than China and possess a valid passport.
- Must demonstrate strong academic performance and good conduct.
- Physical and mental health should be good.
- I will no longer receive any scholarship from the Chinese government.
Depending on the language of instruction for the selected programs, you must meet language proficiency requirements in English or Chinese.
Age and Education Criteria:

Undergraduate Programs: Applicants must be under 25 years old and have successfully completed their high school education.

Master’s Programs: The applicant must be below 30 years of age and must possess a graduate degree.

Doctoral Programs: Applicants must be under 35 years old and possess a master’s degree.

Application Deadline:
The application deadline for new students applying to the Hubei Provincial Scholarships 2025 in China is June 30, 2025. Returning students are eligible to apply between October 1 and October 30, 2025.
