The Ellison Scholars Program is an excellent, fully funded scholarship in the UK for young people who are passionate about tackling the most critical issues facing humanity around the world. The mission of EIT (Ellison Institute of Technology) is to develop and effectively use technology to solve global challenges and problems facing people. EIT’s goal is to advance innovation in health and medical science, food security and sustainable agriculture, climate change and clean energy, and government innovation led by global leaders, scientists, and corporate executives and in the age of artificial intelligence.
During the EIT Scholarship Program for Graduate Students in the UK, innovation initiatives cover the entire development process, transforming research and discovery into practical solutions and then scaling them up for impact around the world. The Institute offers projects in computer science, artificial intelligence, mathematics and statistics, robotics, plant sciences, machine learning, chemistry and chemical engineering, biology and molecular biology, engineering, physics/nuclear physics, medicine and microbiology. The Oxford campus houses state-of-the-art cloud-controlled greenhouses, robotics development laboratories, genome sequencing and proteome analysis laboratories, biological engineering laboratories, and the world’s largest artificial neural network design and training computer.
This international scholarship program gives young people the opportunity to collaborate on important projects with other EIT scholars and faculty in teams during the academic year and during the summer holidays. Scholars will be selected based on interest and rapport with relevant topics to contribute to the project goals. Young scholars must be committed to both courses at the University of Oxford and ongoing project work with EIT.
The Ellison Scholarship Program is a fully funded international scholarship program in Europe that covers all course fees and provides a sufficient amount to cover all living expenses, including airfare, meals, and accommodation. The researcher’s association with the EIT will continue after graduation from Oxford and will continue to work nationally and internationally. They will have continued access to EIT resources, including human and technical assets. These projects may be funded as spin-off businesses in the long term. Act now to take advantage of this fantastic opportunity before it is too late.
