Eligibility:
All the students must fulfill the following conditions:
- You are a citizen of a non-EU/EEA country and are eligible for an entry visa and residence permit in the Netherlands.
- You do not have dual citizenship of an EU country/European Economic Area.
- You have applied for MS admission at MU for the academic year 2025.
- You have met certain requirements for admission to the UM master’s program for which you have applied.
- You have never attended a higher education, primary or secondary education program in the Netherlands. Students completing an exchange program in the Netherlands can apply.
- You are not more than 35 years of age as of September 1, 2025.
- You have achieved excellent results during your previous college programs, as evidenced by your latest academic grades or legitimate academic excellence. If multiple applicants are equally eligible, we would prefer applicants whose transcripts or certificates of academic excellence indicate they are the top 5% of applicants for the 2025/26 Scholarship Program.

You will also receive a UM Student ID number through StudyLink. A student ID number is required before completing and submitting the scholarship application form.
