Polish Government Scholarship 2024-25 now accepts applications. Fully Funded scholarships are available for master’s programs. The Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs offers Polish scholarships for international students from developing countries.
Engineering, information technology, science, social science, arts, and other professions and qualifications are possible for Polish government scholarships. Applicants must be citizens of underdeveloped countries around the world. The program is conducted in English or Polish at the universities under the supervision of the Minister of Education.
Some Polish universities do not require you to take the IELTS test and you can apply without it. Most of your expenses are covered by the Polish government scholarship. You will study at public and private universities in the locations included in the program.

Scholarship Benefits
All selected students will get a scholarship that covers almost all their expenses. The details are shown below.
- There is no tuition charge.
- 1700 PLN per month as an allowance
- Selected candidates will also receive PLN 500 to cover the cost of staying in Poland during their studies.
- 500 PLN to prepare your dissertation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Be a citizen of one of the following countries: Kazakhstan, Kenya, Serbia, Tanzania, Tunisia, North Macedonia, Indonesia, Iraq, Iran, Jordan, Colombia, Kosovo, , Mexico, Moldova, Nigeria, Palestine, Peru, South Africa, Senegal, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Vietnam Albania, Angola, Argentina, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ethiopia, Philippines, Brazil, Montenegro, Georgia, India, Lebanon, .
- Before that, you should not have got a master’s degree.
- Do not be a Polish citizen.
- Applicants may not have received the first scholarship program. Polish language: at least at A2 level if the applicant intends to start a one-year introductory course first and then continue his/her education in Polish at the second level.
- If the candidate intends to start the second course of study in Polish without completing the one-year introductory course, a minimum B1 is required. or b) Proficiency in English at least level B2 if the candidate intends to undertake studies in English.
