The Mexican Agency for International Development Cooperation (AMEXCID), on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, invites foreign nationals to apply for the Fully Funded Mexican Government Scholarships 2024.
This opportunity is available to citizens of over 180 countries and covers various academic levels including undergraduate, postgraduate, doctoral, research master and postdoctoral programs. More than 90 higher education institutions in Mexico participate in this scholarship program.

Required Documents
You will need the following documents:
- Completed and signed scholarship application form.
- A letter explaining your motivation for studying or doing research in Mexico (maximum 2 pages, Arial font size 12, single line spacing).
- Resume (up to 3 pages, Arial 12 font, single line spacing).
- Letter of academic acceptance from a Mexican institution or response to the application for admission.
- Commitment letter to return to your country.
- Scholarship acceptance letter.
- A copy of your birth certificate
- A copy of your valid passport (in color and open book format) or a government photo ID card.
- Medical certificate issued by a public or private health institution within the last three months indicating good health.
- If Spanish is not your native language, proof of advanced Spanish language skills (at least level B2).
- A statement declaring the accuracy of the details provided.
All documents must be in Spanish or accompanied by a Spanish translation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a citizen of one of the eligible country.
- Must not currently reside in Mexico.
