Selection Process:

Semifinalists will be asked to submit an article.
Final applicants will be selected on the basis of applications, other supporting documents, and written applicants and will be communicated to applicants by the end of January.
After that, the final applicants will be interviewed and the results will be announced in early March.
The Stamp Scholarship Program will be held in early April.
